The host was super welcoming and helpful, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor in the common areas was stylish and the bedrooms were well equipped with a coffee machine and a laptop. The location was perfect, with scenic woodland and park walks nearby, and a convenient bus stop just a short walk away.
The fact that smoking was allowed downstairs in the house was not mentioned in the reviews or room description. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand, as the smell did reach the upstairs rooms.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with cheap rooms and great facilities. The location was peaceful and green, perfect for morning or evening walks. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure everything was alright during my stay.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have a wider variety of options on the menu.
